The complex is planned over a 10 750 m2 lot, it comprises 9 floors over the ground level, and 3 floors below it that are meant for parking and other facilities. The lower floors are half buried and oriented towards Calle 30 due to the terrain’s characteristics.
The building’s aesthetic has been preserved, reinforcing its geometry from the initial design. The emblematic Madrilenian building features a new façade that provides a cleaner exterior and interior look. On the ground floor, we focused on open spaces and also on strengthening accessibility. The new building aims to adapt spaces in order to improve new services and the users’ wellbeing.
