The building consists of two buildings and it is understood as a unique and flexible building complex because it can be divided into two fully independent parcels and buildings.
The ground floor is an open space that promotes the use and flow of the occupants. We have paid particular attention to the transit area and each building’s entrance core is connected by a pergola that gives a sense of unity.
The complex displays an iconic façade that emphasizes contrasts.
