Technical team, commercial department, accounting and financial service

Therus is composed of professionals capable of simultaneously managing the coordination, control and technical and economic monitoring of the projects.

Our Commercial Department is in charge of the negotiation and financing with international investors as well as the study and assembly of the operations, coordinating the commercialization of the buildings with the best agents of the market.

Our Accounting and Financial Service coordinates the administrative and accounting management of the project as well as the planning and budgetary control of the expenses of the operations, working in the search of the best exercise in the financing of the projects.

Olivier Crambade


Olivier Crambade graduated in 1984 in Civil Engineering and Urban Engineering from the Lyon School of Engineering (INSA) and has an MBA in the ESSEC School of Economics and Social Sciences of Paris.

He has more than 25 years of experience in real estate promotion and development in Spain, France and Portugal.

Between 1996 and 2001, Olivier Crambade served as CEO in the Ayco Group, a Spanish real estate development and investment listed company, with Nexity as its main shareholder. Parallel to this, he worked in the Compagnie Générale des Eaux group between 1988 and 1998 and finally, he has been CEO of Nexity Spain from 1999 until 2004.

He has developed, managed and sold more than $1200 million in assets and he has also participated in a large number of transactions with international companies like Caryle, Blackstone, BNP Paribas, Colony Capital, Klepierre, Orion, Standard Life, Vinci Immobilier, Morgan Stanley, Banif-Santander, Deka, Mutua Madrileña, Generali and BBVA.

Guillaume Triet

Managing Director Development

Guillaume holds a Law Degree from Paris ASSAS, has Graduated in the Institut de la Construction et de l’Habitat (ICH) and holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Management from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid (ETSAM) and has a Master in Real Estate Management at CSA CEU SAN PABLO

Among his main responsibilities at Therus, the study and the set-up of operations are his highlights, as well as the relationship with investors.

He has 26 years of experience in the real estate sector working in property promoters and consulting firms in France (Genco Promotion), in the United States (PIX international) and in Spain.

Pedro Abella

Managing Director
Asset Management

Pedro holds an Estates Management degree from Alcalá de Henares University and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), where he seated at boards of both RICS Europe and RICS Spain.

He is also Director of the Real Estate Business Administration Program at the IE Business School.

He oversees the Asset Management activities of Therus for ongoing projects with responsibility in investor relations, financing, leasing and property management.

Pedro has a +30-year investment, development and asset management experience in the Spanish real estate market with companies such as CBRE, Nexity, Stam Europe and H.I.G. Capital.

Cristina Leal

Administrative and Fiscal Director

Cristina holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (specialty in audit).

Her main responsibilities include accounting control, cost control, reporting elaboration, HR management and cashflow forecast for the administration and to comply with all tax obligations.

For more than 15 years, her career path has been related to real estate development companies (Nexity Spain) and the construction industry.

Víctor Alonso

Technical and Operations Manager

Víctor is Architect from ETSAM and has an MBA from EUDE.

Victor has 21 years of experience in the real estate sector. After having worked for five years in different engineering and Project Management companies such as Bovis and Mace, he was at Nexity as co-director for the Las Mercedes Business Park project, 80,000 m2 of offices.

He joined Therus in 2007 as Technical Director where he has been responsible for the “Alcalá 540” Project, headquarters of the Property Registries, the Helios Office Complex, current ING headquarters and the emblematic Los Cubos office building.

It is currently developing more than 100,000 m2 of offices, including the business services buildings at Alcalá 546, Alcalá 544, Julián Camarillo 37 and the Getafe Retail Park.

Ismael Cimadevilla

Facility Manager

Ismael is a graduate Engineer from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

Among his responsibilities, he is in charge of the Comprehensive Management of Projects, from their initial phase to the completion of the work, focusing mainly on coordination, technical-economic control of facilities, energy certification of buildings and the health of the occupants.

He has 20 years of experience in Building and is, since 2008, Director of Facilities at Therus, participating in projects such as the current Property Registries in Alcalá 540, the reform of the emblematic Los Cubos Building or the Helios office complex, appointed by the AEO, best New Construction Office Building of 2019.

Previously, he has worked for 3 years as Installations Technical Manager at Elecsa and as Building Quality Technician at CPV Control, Prevention and Verification for another 4 years, in works such as the Las Mercedes Business Center.
